ULAANBAATAR, January 18, 2017 – The MongolianNational Olympic Committee (MNOC) presented the BurteChono awards and selectednation’s top athletes, coaches of 2016 in the sport sector.
Otgondalai Dorjnyambuu and Sumiya Dorjsurenwere awarded the Best of the Best Male and Female athlete of the year 2016 respectivelywhile Erdenet-Od.Kh was awarded the Best of the Best Coach of the year prizeaccording to the members’ observation of the Mongolian Sport News Agency.
Aside from these three nominations, the BestTeam and Best Young Athlete of the year were also named by the Mongolian SportNews Agency and selected based on the votes of 73 journalists who took part inthe vote.
