“I think the Aliguma Foundation has been inspiring. We have seen some solidarity and we think we can do more with the foundation to discover more talent from the slum settlements. It's really inspiring and we hope to see more come next year.”
Champions Luigi went away with a trophy, gold medals, a set of Jersey and a goat, while runners up Kawenja won silver medals, a set of Jersey, plus a goat.

Earlier in the afternoon, Tigers edged Wolves 1-0 in the U15 Juniors' final and bagged a set of Jersey courtesy of sponsorship from UEFA.
Since the launch of the first edition, a number of slum children have been exposed since their potential has been unearthed. This is evident as scholarships have been given to about 20 talented boys and girls courtesy of Abato Schools and Shepherd House Junior School.
