AMMAN, August 18, 2021 - The Union of Arab Football Associations has assigned the Jordanian colleague Heba Al-Sabbagh to head the media committee taskforce for the Arab Women's Cup 2021, where the tournament will be held during the period from August 24 to September 1, 2021 in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
The appointment of Heba Al-Sabbagh came in light of her rich experience as she previously held the position of head of media for the U-17 Women's World Cup in 2016, and held the position of head of media for AFC Asian Cup 2018, in addition to chairing the Media Committee in Arab Women Sports Conference in its first and second editions in Cairo in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

Al-Sabbagh is known for her distinction and contribution in sports journalism, as she has more than 25 years of experience in the field of sports journalism, editing and sports creativity, in addition to holding many leadership positions and winning many specialized awards in her field, she also was a main speaker in AIPS’s seminar ‘The Cost of Reporting While Female’ as well as various activities in the field of print newspapers, radio stations and television.
