Sudan national football team’s arrival in Dubai

KHARTOUM, August 24, 2021 - The delegation of the Sudanese football team has arrived in the United Arab Emirates to set up a preparatory camp from August 20 to 30.
It was received by a high-level UAE Football Association delegation comprising Mohammed bin Hazam Al Dhaheri, Secretary General of the association, Mr. Abdullah Al Kenzi, Coordinator of the Office of the Secretary-General, and Mr. Salem Al Ilam. There was also a representative from the Sudanese Embassy in the Emirates and members of the Sudanese community who greeted the team with the Emirati and Sudanese national anthems.
Roses were presented at the grand reception and words of welcome and appreciation were exchanged with full comfort.
The Sudanese national team played one of its two friendly matches against Niger on August 22, losing 1-2. The next match between both sides is scheduled for August 26. The camp will last until August 30.
